Twitter and GTalk Interrupt Million Users

GTalk (Google Talk) a product designed by Google which runs in Linux, OS X and Windows went down yesterday July 26, 2012 19:00 UTC+8.

In a statement writing done by a Google "We're aware of a problem with Google Talk, and are doing our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible."









According to a report, the problem is "affecting a majority of users."



"The affected users are able to access Google Talk, but are seeing error messages and/or other unexpected behavior," the report continued.


Twitter users also affected by a widespread twitter outage, 12am, July 27 Pacific time. A statement from twitter blog went out.

"Update: This issue has been resolved.
Users may be experiencing issues accessing Twitter. Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue."
